These tools came from my brother-in-laws' great great grand mother. I rescued them and tons of other art goodies from the trash last weekend. If anything, they provide amazing textures and decor. I might start wood carving now.

Each week I try to catch one movie that I've either heard news about or is suggested to me from a friend or co-worker. This week it's V for Vendetta. With the "villains" signature line of "Remember, remember, the 5th of November" the connection between the Fort Hood massacre only makes this movie more challenging.

I've been pondering a while on what exactly freelance work would be like.

It's scary.

It's a big step to take, it's a leap of faith. I took a test a while ago from the book "Now Discover Your Strengths" My top 5 strengths are (according to the book)

Those sound pretty good. I am getting deep with connecting with all my contacts. It's crazy to think how many people you meet whether for 30 seconds or many years. The deeper I get the more appealing running my own show becomes. I'm not naive, I know it would be a ton of work to try to balance a new business today. I just thought I should share some thoughts now so 5 months, 1 year or 5 years from now I can look back at this moment and remember.
